Since the car births, it has more than100years history. Not yet brings the well-being for people, and then brings a lot of misfortune and disasters. Traffic accidents, energy crisis, environmental pollution and traffic jams are related with the car. The development of traditional car has been growing resistance, which powered by internal-combustion engine. Therefore people are turning their eyes to the development of new energy vehicles. The electric vehicle has been concerned in the development of new energy ones, since it has simple structure, high transmission efficiency, and the independent driving wheels.This subject is mainly according to the following factors, such as miniaturized family structure, low-rate vehicle rate ect. According to the conditions of vehicle lane width in China, the paper will design a wheel motor driven electric mini car and study on the electronic differential control strategy simulation.This paper is mainly focus on constructing the main-auxiliary controller combination of wheel motor drive speed electronic differential control strategy by the current electronic system analysis and the principle of the electronic differential control system design of electric mini-car for this article. The host controller is supported by the Ackermann-Jeantant steering mathematical model.The auxiliary controller is based on the wheel slip ratio and its change rate to achieve real-time speed feedback correction and to improve the steering wheel speed reasonable control. The auxiliary controller uses the rate of change of input to the two driving wheel slip ratio and slip rate, adjusts the speed of the output of the Mamdani fuzzy control system, which in result of the targeting of the rotational speed adjustment control. This article finally shows the following system analyses and researches:electronic differential control system theory, the electric vehicle control input signal processing, electronic differential system wheel speed calculation, the wheel slip rate estimates, permanent magnet brushless DC motor speed control and motor drive control strategies ect.To validate the design and development of electric micro-car electronic differential control of the effectiveness of the strategy, it sets the corresponding electronic differential control system simulation model in Matlab/Simulink software, including the electronic differential controller simulation model and the mainthe attached controller is a combination of electronic differential control system simulation model. Then it gains the curving of the two after driving wheel steering speed variation. Also, by comparing the relationship between the wheel speeds, it verifies the good effect of electronic differential control strategy in this article.
