| At present,our country is in the period of vigorous development of nuclear power.The nuclearhas many advantages than other kind of energy,it’s security problem was still bothering theresearcher.It is the potential threat of nuclear power plant that the existence of the thousands of partsin the reactor coolant system and the longtime flotation of the internal system.As the importantsystem of a nuclear plant,the research of the Loose Parts Monitoring System(LPMS) isunavoidable,because of the limitation of the enviroment,the colliding experiment with the reactor isincompletable.Consequently,the data,using to build the colliding model,are collecting from thesimulating system.In summary,the simulation of the approximating model is necessary.This paper,combined with the major national science and technology projects"Loose partsmonitoring system prototype nuclear power plant research(KYZ193612003)"and"Zhejiang provincetechnology social development project(2012C23017)",did the deep research at the mass estimationof the colliding plate and simulating system which is the key technology of the LPMS.Introduced abased on CWT-Hilbert envelope time difference of arrival theory.Presented a based on the waveletenergy spectrum and neural network mass estimation theory and a combined with attenuationcoefficient of the transfer function and based on RBF-ARX simulating model,respectivelyaccomplished by MATLAB and the incidental software simulink.The first chapter described the background and feature of the LPMS,briefly introduced thepresent situation of nation and abroad in this field,introduced the abroad mainstream products ofLPMS.The second chapter described explicitly the experiment scheme,including data acquisitionequipment,experimental procedure,attention.Through the ball and plate impact experimentssimulating the loose parts of the drop impact,with horizontal boiler experimental modelingbackground noise of reactor cooling system,and complete a large number of data acquisition andanalysis of experimental data.The third chapter: the collision theory, experimental results of Hoppmann,CWT-Hilbertenvelope based on time difference of arrival location method,method for estimation of quality basedon the frequency ratio of theoretical analysis, and proposes a method to estimate the quality ofwavelet energy spectrum based on neural network, was verified by MATLAB crash datacollected. Provides a different angle of modeling and simulation verification for flat panel system.The fourth chapter:the transfer function attenuation coefficient of plate collision systemcalculation,introduced the method based on SVM modeling and simulation and modeling based on RBF-ARX simulation method,and the combination of the attenuation coefficient of the actualmodeling,using simulink software to realize system simulation,quality estimation and finalpositioning with the collected impact signal and the third chapter algorithm for modeling results areassessed.The fifth chapter:summarize the paper and prospect the research of LPMS. |
