The basic research and technology are concentrated in the ferrite material itself at present,and moreover mainly focused on the components and organizational controlment, however,the magnetic domain configuration symmetry problem caused by material production qualityis rarely considered, and the geometry assembly is always used. However, this problem willlead to noise and additional output torque of the rotor of the motor, thus the work efficiencyand longevity of the motor is reduced greatly. So, research on3D static magnetic fielddetecting device improvement will be particularly important in order to solve this problem.A magnetic field detection system is build in this study using Java softwareprogramming to control3Dmobile platform and the magnetic field data collection based onthe application of3axis anisotropic magnetoresistance sensor for the purpose of the collectionand graphic display automatically of the distribution of magnetic field. In addition, the impactof the change of magnetic field characterics in each process, focusing on the shape of themagnetic field and sintering technology.This thesis mainly has the following contents: first, tile type general design principle offerrite magnetic field detection device and the module configuration are studied. Including thefront-end data acquisition system, computer analysis and process and display function;Secondly, sensors of data acquisition at leading end, position control platform, motor, motordrive, and debugging hardware such as the circuit wiring are assembled, and preliminaryfinish tile type ferrite magnetic field detection device; Again, via USB connecting computerand debugging acquisition module, and using Java software on computer programming, themovement of platform is controled and display and analysis of data acquisition are finished;Finally, based on the device, testing different preparation type tile ferrite magnetic fieldconfiguration, the rule is summarized.The results show that: firstly, three-dimensional magnetoresistive sensor HMC5883caneffectively induced on the space magnetic field, and the use of microcontroller as controlcore and a data processor is perfect; The program design of host computer is completed byVisual Basic, and implementation, data processing, datatransmitting display function ofvarious control commands are solved effectively. Secondly, this1240℃is the optimalsintering temperature study through the analysis and comparison of five differenttemperatures; By analysis of the five samples under different heating rates,3.2℃/min isthe optimal rate of sintering, the coercive force, magnetic energy product, remanence etc. arerelatively high.
