Storage battery charging and discharging management system is an important component of the miniature gas turbine and power transformation system, as a subsystem that acts first and provides initial energy and control of the power supply for the entire system, the good influence of its performance on the whole system is very critical.Storage battery charging and discharging system design includes analysis of the basic converter circuit, the work mechanism analysis, model analysis (steady-state model, small signal model, the large signal model), control system design, performance simulation, prototype design (hardware and software) and system experiment and analysis. This paper made the three-phase parallel Buck/Boost two-way power converter for the system, Three-phase crisscross parallel accomplished two-way flow of energy can also meets the ripple system requirements. Through the average state space method, the process of system modeling and small signal to large signal system transient is analyzed. To obtain a stable voltage and current for system when load change, DC-DC converter controller is designed for a loop current loop, the outer ring is the ring for voltage double closed loop PI control system, in order to improve the system dynamic response, speed loop current loop is designed to type I system, to improve the system for the anti-interference ability, the outer ring is designed to type II system, realizing charging and discharging management of the system, and through the Matlab model simulates and analysis.Put forward a kind of traditional PI and synovial control combination of double closed loop control strategy according to the system of nonlinear problems, compared with the traditional control strategy of the double closed loop control strategy, it has good dynamic characteristics, robust characteristics and can maintain stability of the system when the power source and load change in a wide range, and set the outer ring PI adjuster output as inner control of the synovial reference standards, do not need to calculate the current synovial benchmark, improving the control scheme, and simulate and analysis mode ling through Matlab. At last, the paper introduces the design of hardware platform of the control system, and puts forward the shortcomings of the system and its optimization and improvement.
