| In the stage of high-speed development of our railway, a lot of speed of250,300,350km/h High-speed trains have been successfully used online. China’s High-speed train has entered into the most advanced countries in the world. As China’s High-speed train is subjected to an extensive value, people pay much attention on seat ride comfort. The vibration influence of carbody floor is one of the important reasons for ride uncomfort. Study for the vibration of carbody floor is necessary in the study of ride comfort. So the vibration characteristics of High-speed train carbody floor are very important aspects in the study of seat ride comfort.In this paper, the finite element model of CRH2-300M1carbody is done, based on this model the modal analysis and track spectrum analysis are done. According to the research, the vibration characteristics of High-speed train carbody floor can be received. First, this paper analysises the causes of floor’s vibration, according to the research, the track is the important cause. Comparing the track spectrum at home and abroad, this paper uses MATLAB software to get PSD curves. Second, this paper uses ANSYS software to build CRH2-300train Ml body finite element model, and then the body modal analysis can be done, the main purpose is to get the floor’s natural frequency and vibration mode,9steps of natural frequencies and vibration modes have been listed.This paper uses track spectrum analysis, mainly used track discretion and track direction spectrums to analysis. The specific condition has two kinds:track discretion spectrums load and track direction spectrums load. After spectrums analysis, displacement response and speed response in different positions on the floor can be received, and also the train’s sensitive frequency and deformation of the body floor can be received. Floor is divided into three parts,148nodes are collected in different positions, extracted the correspongding frequency and diaplacement response. Study for the displacement responses after processing data uses MATLAB software and figureing out the3d pictures of floor’ vibration use MATLAB software. According to the research, the vibration characteristics of the High-speed train carbody floor in particular situation have been received, including the natural frequency and vibration mode of body floor, and alos the sensitive frequency and displacement response. This paper provides a valuable reference on seat comfort design. |
