According to the statistics by the countries such as England、American、German and so on, The sealing devices indispensable in the rotating equipment is to protect the in-put oil from leaking out. Over half the rotating equipment maintenance of the centrifugal pump is to repair the sealing heart in process of chemical industry. The apply research of seal not only keep a good environment for modern industry, but also provide a fundamental support for equipment’s leak of deep sea machine、aircraft、high-pressure pump and so on.The present screw seal in home land is a equipment used pump’s force on the screw groove to make the liquid not leak out. Its shortcoming that it can’t work again in a short time when it doesn’t work is outstanding. In this paper, a creative double screw seal is put forward to make dynamic liquid seal to make the liquid not leak out. It’s aimed at working again quickly and improving the work time and seal effect.The basic structure of double screw seal equipment is designed by the two kinds of status---work and stop. The factors of seal are inferred by mathematic ways. The initial parameters are determined from the diameter of the pump equipments’ hole. Using Pro/E software is the method to model the equipment and then the needed liquid model can be acquired.The characteristics of sealing liquid is procured and analyzed, and by establishing the simplified model of helical groove to calculate and analyze the fluid flow of the threaded section of pattern, at last the sealing fluid chosen to use in this papers is determined.Then by using a method which change a parameter once time, a serials of simulation of different parameters is made to procure a serials of data about the pressure. These data is used to draw a curves by compute. By this way, the relationship between structure and pressure is showed clearly, then using this relationship optimizes the structure.
