| Along with the electric utility industry rapid development, single-machine capacity is constantly increasing, the diameter of hyperbolic cooling tower use for refrigeration recycling water has reached80m, tower body has reached200m. The vertical section of cooling tower is hyperbola, radius of cooling tower changes with height,because of compared with common structure,it has its own features, this also decided the features of its construction equipment.The topic is part of "11th five-year" plan, dedicated mainly to cooling tower special purpose construction equipment-hydraulic jacking flat bridgeas as research subject, research long-distance range flexible adhesion nonlinear dynamics.During construction of the cooling tower,when the high degree of flat bridge exceed independence,use wirerope attach between bridge-body and cooling tower internal wall in order to raise flat bridge height. This paper based on flexible attachment system mechanics characteristics, constructed the bridge-body attachment points deformation mathematical model and then the prestressing force rational calculation ranges is determined. Based on suggesting flexible attachment plans,determin wirerope vibration character, research bridge-body of flat bridge vibration character, accomplish flat bridge flexible attachment calculation software.In the long-distance range flexible adhesion programme, regard bridge-body as continuous rigid supporting girder, attachment point reaction forces were solved by using three moment formula, the non-linear relationship equation between prestressing force and deformation amount of attachment point is established by reaction forces and spec data of wirerope, propose the wirerope prestressing force rational calculation. Based on relation between force on bridge-body attachment points and line and angle displacement of bridge-body attachment points, use beam element matrix displacement methodestablish canonical equation of bridge body. Depend on this canonical equation use iterative calculations determine displacement of bridge-body attachment points, deformation amount of every wirerope and working tension. Based on displacement of bridge-body attachment points determine the vibration equation,from this the flat bridge dynamics characteristics (frequency and vibration modes) is solved.On the base of above analysis, This paper use VB2006and Matlab7.0as programming language, developed a flat bridge flexible attachment calculation software system, the software system has functions of store and print data, meet the initial design requirements. |
