| Maintenance of railway line is an important foundation work in the organization system of railway transportation. With the continuous increase of China’s total mileage of railways, railway maintenance enterprises are developing towards the direction of the development of large-scale mechanization. The application of large track maintenance machine on one hand has greatly improved the maintenance work efficiency, guarantee the safe and stable operation in the railway train, on the other hand it also brings the risk of collision of workers with maintenance machine for the high running speed.In the research of anti-collision technology of railway maintenance machine, people pay more attention to the laser radar technology and its combination with machine vision phase track repair vehicle anti-collision technology. However, the anti-collision technology detects obstacles by using the conventional way, usually only for the front barrier, construction personnel to both the left and right sides of the way. With the development of wireless communication technology, the precision and reliability of wireless positioning technology are greatly improved. Wireless location technology commonly used is mainly based on the UWB, CSS, Zigbee, WiFi, RFID, GPS and the above several techniques of hybrid etc.This work mainly studies the anti-collision problem for ballast distributing and trimming machine as the representative of the railway maintenance machine. Combined with the requirements of the actual working condition, CSS communication mode is proposed and adopted the new localization algorithm for real-time positioning of the construction personnel. Mainly works which are completed are listed as the followings:(1) The whole scheme of the system has been designed according to the practical working condition, including communication technology choice, the arrangement of base station and flow localization algorithm of system.(2) The sources and factors of location error are analyzed. By using MATLAB simulation tools, the system performances are calculated, and then the mean filter is compared with Kalman filter in improving the positioning accuracy, as to select the better filtering algorithm to improve the position precision.(3) On the target of safety state, a set of security model algorithm judgment is put forward in order to assist the driver master position state of construction personnel around the railway maintenance machine and avoid the occurrence of maintenance operations of collision accident.In the end, the development and experiment platform system are set in this thesis. The experiment results show that, the precision and accuracy and other aspects of the wireless location system which developed has met the design requirements. And the security model is simple and effective, which also provides effective solutions for the construction personnel anti-collision problem of railway maintenance machine. |
