Ejector has many advantages such as simple structure, low cost, easy installation andmaintenance, and good energy saving effect, are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical, oil and other industries. However, the internal flow of the ejector very complex, research on the phenomenon of the master is less, the exploration work study for theory ofejector and injection process are lack of, depends on the designer’s experience and repeatedexperiment research.Combined with the600MW steam turbine condenser vacuum pump installation of airejector project Kangping Power Generation Co. Ltd, by using flow analysis software Fluent, establish numerical model of ejector, numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow fieldinside the ejector design size of P360-B type. Obtained the internal pressure, density, velocity, the Maher number, temperature distribution and the change curve of jet flow, comparisonwith simulation and experiment of the jet flow, to verify the rationality and feasibility of themodel and research method. In order to improve the performance of the ejector, to make full use of the advantage ofnumerical simulation, constantly adjust the structure size of ejector, and makes simulationcalculation, get the influence law of different size on the ejector performance. The researchresults show that, structure optimization of ejector has an important role to improve theperformance of the ejector.Based on the actual situation, considering the design, manufacture and installation ofmany constraints, propose the feasible improvement program. To shorten the ejector nozzledistance, can effectively solve the problem of low performance of ejector in low injectionpressure. In the present situation, through the analysis, the injection volume can be improved33%by optimized.
