Charge diameter is influence on explosion properties (mainly the detonation velocity), detonation pressure detonation parameter effect values, blast stress field size and state of distribution of explosive energy release, rock of the important factors.The main blasting performance and the blasting action of the explosive in the different charge of the explosive are studied by the method of the non-coupling charging of the hole used in the paper.The study is to start by the following steps.First of all, the thesis based on the research achievements at home and abroad, to stress wave and explosive gas comprehensive role theory as the foundation, the borehole columnar decouple charge medicine of rock blasting fragmentation, rupture and movement process were analyzed.Followed by selection of coal mine permissible water gel explosive as the basic conditions, the coefficient of coupling through the experiments and theoretical calculation, the study of different loading charge diameter, and different charge on the property of explosive and blasting effect, including changes in the detonation velocity of explosives, explosive detonation pressure size and explosion energy transmission, rock blast stress field distribution, rock broken zone and the scope of the rupture zone, as well as impact of blasting effect. The relationship of the explosive velocity, the explosive pressure, shock wave, the peak pressure of the rock, the peak pressure of the rock and burst are obtained. The numerical simulation of single hole explosion in rock is carried out with the finite element software ANSYS and the diameter of the rock when the charging is not coupled.Results show that the coefficient of decoupling charge certain, with the increase of the charge diameter, blasting of rock mass subjected to explosion impact will enhance; gun wall equivalent should be within the area of the peak force or the role of the extent of fracture were with the increase of charge diameter increased.Finally in the field, the hard rock tunnel excavation blasting test with different charge diameter, the focus is on large diameter(diameter of45mm)decouple charge blasting.
