| Owing to energy resources overconsumption and environment severecontamination, architecture energy saving has been continuously promoted. So theapproach to preparing domestic hot water has been widely discussed. At home, solarwater heating system is broadly applied, but its low efficiency in rainy days decides theimportance of adding auxiliary heat source. The air source heat pump hot water unit, asa high-efficient and energy-saving heating water equipment heats through pumpinglow-grade heat energy in the air with low electric consumption. However, it worksinefficiently and has the problem with frosting and defrosting when the outdoortemperature is below0℃. Therefore, coupling the both above is proposed to make upthe coupling system of air source heat pump and solar water heater, which can preparedomestic hot water with high efficiency and energy saving.TRNSYS is used to build the visualization model of the coupling system airsource heat pump and solar water heater and simulate the process. The best matchingproblem between solar collection area and heat pump power in the system is studiedwith the example of the project of domestic hot water at a training center dormitory inHefei. In the conventional running pattern of opening heat pump at14:00every day,the paper simulates the influence of solar radiation, outdoor temperature andtemperature of water in tanks on the system performance as well as the operationalcharacteristics of the system throughout the year. And on this basis the optimal openingtime of heat pump every month is researched to make the system consume the lowestenergy all the year round. So the average value of yearly system COP up to17.88inthis optimal pattern is5.97%higher than that in conventional pattern. And the yearlytotal energy consumption reaches up to8587.73kwh, of which the unit’s heating wateris about2.94kWh/t and decreases by5.63%. Then the benefits of energy saving,environmental protection and economy are made a comparative analysis between thecoupling system of air source heat pump and solar water heater and other schemes ofpreparing hot water. It turns out that the former has a better energy saving andenvironmental protection, which can save energy26.35tce/a and decrease carbondioxide emissions65.08t/a, sulfur dioxide emissions0.53t/a and dust emissions0.26t/a. In addition, it owns a better economy when loan rates are less than6%. With theincreasing of the price of energy source, its economical advantages are more obvious. Therefore, the coupling system of air source heat pump and solar water heater is worthpopularizing in Hefei area. |
