Along with the social development and the advancement of urbanization, there are more and more high-level, high-rise building, complex structures, such as high-rise buildings and tunnels, subways and other underground space engineering, followed by a spate of deep foundation pit engineering. What’s more, the scale of the foundation pit is bigger and bigger, deeper and deeper. Therefore, the study about deformation monitoring system of deep foundation pit is becoming more and more attention by engineering world. Among them, the deformation monitoring and data processing method is particularly important. Deformation monitoring data processing methods are varied, but there is seldom method to analysis the whole deformation monitoring data. Variable fuzzy sets theory was founded in2005by Chen Shou-yu, this method has deep theoretical basis of mathematics and strong philosophy. It had been showed that this method is validity and effectively by using in engineering practices. Therefore, aiming at the deformation problems, which are generated in the process of construction and maintenance in deep foundation pit. Deep foundation pit deformation grade evaluation system is established by ascertaining evaluation index, weight matrices, deformation grades、standard ranges in all grades based on the combing deformation monitoring projects, alert values and Variable fuzzy sets. Grade evaluation is conducted by the measured deformation data on this basis.(1) Analysis the design system in deformation monitoring of deep foundation pit, and then discuss the principles of deep foundation pit deformation monitoring system, the determination monitoring items, monitoring instruments, monitoring methods, deformation monitoring data processing methods in detail. Alert values of deep foundation pit deformation monitoring are ascertained(2) Deep foundation pit deformation grade evaluation system structure is established by ascertaining evaluation index, weight matrices, deformation grades、standard ranges in all grades based on the combing deformation monitoring projects, alert values and Variable fuzzy sets. Grade evaluation is conducted by the measured deformation data on this basis.(3) Combine deep foundation pit deformation variable fuzzy grade evaluation model and computer technology, deep foundation pit deformation grade evaluation system is establi- shed by Visual Studio2010. System consists of seven modules, namely, the related parameters, evaluation index, evaluation index weight, deformation grades, standard intervals, relative membership degree matrix, Engineering evaluation example results show that the system interface is friendly, convenient and quick, simple, and evaluation result is correct.
