This subject comes from the project of40T hybrid magnet which belongs to National Science and Engineering---SHMFF. There are few industrial countries which have experimental center of high magnetic field which is more than20T in the world. High magnetic field was founded in1980in China. The foundation of40T hybrid magnet is a symbol that China is one of the top-five steady-state magnetic field scientific center as well as America, France, Netherland and Japan. It will be of great importance in promoting basic research of relevant leading edge discipline and accelerating development of high-tech industry.External cryostat platform of40T hybrid magnet is one of the important parts of high magnetic field device. The platform includes2parts:cryostat vacuum and pumping system. Operating platform under the environment of high magnetic field is very complicated. This subject satisfies the requirements of vacuum environment which magnet operates and stability of platform which magnet exciter runs during operating process. My plan is optimized and can guarantee the safety of deice under faulty conditions.This paper introduces SHMFF and its significance and construction of platform according to the requirements of superconducting magnet’s effects on platform. Moreover, this paper establish finite element model of key components through CATIA software design module and analyze the component’s response of stress and strain under the condition of load or actual load condition through ANSYS analysis module and get the optimizing results. Then do theoretical calculation and design of platform vacuum chamber after determining the structure of platform. Then I introduce the selection, configuration of pump and the time of pumping and pipeline installing throughout gassing rate. At last, my paper verifies the rationality of structure by means of digital controlled of key components.This paper focuses on the research of40T working platform of hybrid magnet and predicts the working platform’s relevant parameter and optimization which is the guideline and base of manufacturing and assembly of the platform.
