High-order denatured elliptic gear pair is proposed as a new non-circular gear pair based on the study of elliptical gears, the combination of transmission characteristics of elliptic gear, high-order elliptic gear and denatured elliptical gear together, can be used to transmit variable motion and alternating load, has potential application prospect in engineering machinery, textile machinery, automobile, aerospace and other fields. Therefore, research on high-order denatured elliptic gear pair has important theoretical significance.This subject derives from the project of National Natural Science Fund, the main purpose is to explore the basic principle of transmission, the general design method of ellipse-class gear, the transmission characteristic analysis, static analysis and vibration analysis of high-order denatured elliptic gear pair. On the basis of the gear engagement principle, studying the basic transmission principle of the high-order denatured elliptic gear pair, pitch curve equation of high-order denatured elliptic is deduced, complicated section curve is efficiently and accurately extracted; the simulation process of precise meshing of driving and driven wheels is achieved according to the theory and real process of tooth profile generation with rack-shaped cutter, data profile obtained in MATLAB is import into PRO/E, forming spline curve of tooth profile, completing3D modeling of gear; the transmission ratio, angular acceleration, pressure angle, coincidence degree and curvature radius formula of high-order denatured elliptic gear pair is derived, the effects that eccentricity, denatured coefficient and order number of driving and driven wheel have upon the transmission characteristics of high-order denatured elliptic gear pair are analyzed in detail, revealing variation rule of kinematics of the high-order deformed elliptic gear pair under the influence of various parameters, high-order and denatured elliptical gear pair combine with crank-slide mechanism, studying of the motion law of agency, to obtain the kinematics characteristic; the high-order denatured elliptic gear static model is established, the calculation formula of static parameter is derived, discussing the effect on static parameters that critical parameters of the high-order denatured elliptic gear, and deriving tooth surface contact fatigue strength of tooth surface calculation formula and the bending fatigue strength of tooth root calculation formula for high-order denatured elliptic gear pair; according to the principle of modal analysis, using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, established the finite element model of high-order denatured elliptic gear, carried out the finite element modal analysis, comparatively analyzing the influence rules of eccentricity, denatured coefficient and order number of driving and driven wheel important parameters have on the natural frequency and modal shape, getting the natural vibration characteristics of high-order denatured ellipse gear.
