| There are some advantages of solid pole synchronous motor, including asimple structure, high mechanical reliability, good starting performance and lowelectromagnetic noise at run time. Due to the special pole structure of the solid polesynchronous motor, when it is affected by the harmonic, a lot of eddy current isproduced in solid pole. This will produce a large eddy current loss, which seriouslyaffect the motor running efficiency. It has become one of the main shortcomings ofthe motor. Relatively, laminated pole motor due to the role of the insulation betweenpole pieces, can effectively prevent eddy current distribution. So as to reduce theeddy current loss, increase the operation efficiency of the motor. At the same time, its shortcomings include low mechanical reliability and complex process, etc. Therefore, comparative study of harmonic and eddy current of the two forms ofpole structure of synchronous motor has the vital significance. This paper mainlydiscusses the solid and laminated poles synchronous motor electromagneticcalculation, and comparison analysis between the two.First, this paper presents a calculation method of the eddy current loss for solidand laminated poles respectively. The3D finite element model for solid salient-polesynchronous motor is set up, and the simulation analysis is done by Ansoft. At thesame time, in the case of parameters unchanged, the2D finite element model oflaminated pole motor is established for the simulation analysis. Analyzing theeffects of eddy current of pole is the main part of this article, and checking thecalculated results for comparison and analyzed.Secondly, based on field analysis results, apply Matlab for subsequentprocessing. Two motor flux density harmonic are extracted, calculated and analyzedrespectively. Then calculate the eddy current loss of two kinds of motor. Finally, based on electromagnetic calculation formula for salient-polesynchronous motor, electromagnetic calculation program written in VB. Building avisual form and creating the human-computer interaction interface. Calculating motor by electric field and formula respectively, in order to make up for theinadequacy in one method. |
