Based on the requirement of the multi-energy system, the design of power conversion module and charging&discharging control of the Li-ion battery are discussed on this thesis.At the first chapter, application of the li-ion battery energy storage is introduced, and the power conversion technology of the Li-ion battery is discussed.Then at the second chapter, the design requirements is analyzed based on the demand of the multi-energy system and the character of the Li-ion battery.Based on the analysis above, a30kW bi-directional DC/DC converter is designed, converter’s topology is determined, the main circuit parameters and control protection function is proposed. Finally, static and dynamic performance of the converter are tested.In order to realize the multi-energy system and Li-ion battery’s demand, state management and error analysis are studied. Experimental results on the multi-energy platform verify the effectiveness and validity of the proposed scheme.
