In the DC power supply aging test, the energy feedback electronic load can not only realize load continuous adjustment, digital operation, and monitoring, which functions the traditional resistance load does not have, but also can feedback the energy to the line, achieving the purpose of saving energy.This paper studies the DC boost converter as the intermediate stage in the three phase energy feedback electronic load system. The rated power of the DC boost converter is3kW, and the input voltage range is from44V to52V, and the rated output voltage is750V, and the input current ripple must be smaller then3%. And the application requirements determines the DC boost converter should have the characteristics of high gain, high output voltage, high efficiency, isolation, and current type.This paper chooses the topology called "an isolated ZVT boost converter with coupled inductors", referred to as the IZBC topology, and then introduces the working principle of IZBC topology briefly. But the IZBC topology can not satisfy the rated power for the rectifier diode existing serious reverse recovery problem when the output voltage is high. Therefore, this paper studies three kinds of topologies based on the IZBC topology. The first one is consist of two IZBC topologies with input-parallel and output-parallel, which referred to as IZBC-IPOP topology. And the second one is consist of two IZBC2topologies with input-parallel and output-parallel, which referred to as IZBC2-IPOP topology, the difference between the IZBC2topology an the IZBC topology is that it uses diode-series-clamp rectifier structure. And the third one is consist of two IZBC topologies with input-parallel and output-series, which referred to as IZBC-IPOS topology. And the paper deduces the circuit optimization design method, and introduces the parameter design and device selection,etc. The paper also comparatively analyses the advantages and diaadvantages of the three topologies from the aspect of converter gain, transformer design, and diode selection, etc, and then showes the waveform and efficiency curve.
