The object “H∞control for magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor based onthe robust performance rule” is supplied by the National Nature Science Foundation Project:“Study on the direct magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor of CNC machine andits servo control system(50975181)”, and the main research problem is the H∞control and itsoptimization when the model exists parameter uncertainties. The main research has four parts:(1)Study the structure, the operation principle of the magnetic levitation permanentmagnet linear motor, and build the mathematical models of the suspension system and feedsystem. Consider the change of armature resistance that causing by armature current, and thechange of the armature loop inductance which causing by the differences of magnetic circuitsaturation degree because of the magnetic levitation height in the model of the system. Releasethe mathematical model of the feed system for the magnetic levitation permanent magnetlinear motor under the condition of uncertainty parameters.(2)H∞controller design for magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor based onthe robust performance rule. Deduce the Riccati inequality which needs not to satisfy theregularity condition and the expressions of H∞robust controller. For the difficulties inchoosing the weighting coefficient in the controller design, adopting ant colony algorithm ofcontinuous function optimization for weighting coefficient optimization, and simulationresearch in Matlab/Simulink for the H∞control system based on the robust performance rule.(3)Design of non-fragile H∞robust controller based on the performance rule. Because ofthe component aging, or the quantization error in computer, the controller exists uncertainties.Considering the parameters and controller perturbation, design the non-fragile H∞robustcontroller based on the performance rule and research by computer simulation.(4)Control system experiment research for the linear motor. Build the experimentplatform of the control system based the TMS320F2812. Voltage source inverter is used to bethe main circuit. Get part of the experiment results of the feed system by testing the waveformof main circuit, the system current and speed.
