Energy problem is the major problem of China, which restricts theeconomic and social development. The scientific and reasonable energysaving methods should not only meet the people’s comfort need, but also avoidexcessive energy waste. With development of emission reduction of buildingenergy saving in our country, the concept, standard and technology of Internetof things was introduced to this area. Online perceived all kinds of situationthis paper to the building energy system as the foundation, the decision ofdiagnosis and feedback control through the heterogeneous informationintegration, and realize monitoring, control and management of buildingenergy system, construct a context awareness means, indoor environmentalcomfort as constraints and energy conservation as the goal of public buildingenergy saving comfortable indoor environment monitoring platform.The mainworks are as follows:1)With indoor environment as the monitoring object, constructed with theinformation processing of public building energy monitoring platform layer,network layer and perceptual control layer, information acquisition, fusion,assessment, adjustment of energy monitoring object management.2)According to the energy saving monitoring platform system framework,business module design platform based data management system, comfort andenergy saving supervision system, supervision system, can individualconservation metadata reporting system and energy audit and assessmentmanagement system of five sub-systems and service subsystem.3)In view of public building energy monitoring comfortable indoorenvironment, put forward the scene control to indoor environmental comfortas the low energy consumption control method based on constraints.4)Design comfortable environment energy monitoring platformframework design and operation system according to the public interiorarchitecture, design the corresponding interface and database, realization ofpublic building energy saving comfortable indoor environment monitoringplatform.Through the typical application platform, confirmed that the energysaving effect is obvious, to achieve the desired effect.
