CFG pile is short for Cement Fly-ash Gravel piles. It is high bond strength pile which mixed with cement, fly ash. gravel, stone chips or sand and water,it with the cushion and pile soil together form composite foundation.With the application of CFG pile composite foundation more and more widely, CFG pile has gradually replaced the traditional gravel piles. Because of its good engineering performance, it uses the fly ash as material and without reinforcement so obtained considerable social and economic benefits. However, it is undeniable that the theoretical research of the CFG pile composite foundation largely behind its actual application this is recognized by the industry, in the process that CFG pile composite foundation as a new technology to replace the traditional technology, in order to enable it to achieve better work performance and more close to the real situation the continuous research and the improvement of its theory is essential.This paper has carried on some related discussion and research with the CFG pile composite foundation through the following aspects:1. The article introduced the related knowledge of the basic theory of the CFG pile composite foundation, introduced the two kinds of pile forming process and the corresponding related properties of materials of the piles, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of construction technology. At the same time, describes the working mechanism of CFG pile composite foundation, explores the application of cushion layer, including the function of it and the selection of the thickness and material.2. In the word discussed the related issues of the computation involved in CFG pile composite foundation.To understand the some flows of its design, and then discusses the calculation problem of composite foundation bearing capacity and deformation, specifically elaborated the calculation problems of deformation, in deformation calculation first discussed the calculation of composite modulus of foundation and discusses some of the relevant parameters and its value problem.3. Finally, combining with the actual case illustrates the relevant theoretical knowledge about the detection of the pile foundation of the CFG pile composite foundation. Combined with the related material parameters in which involved the specific projects, for single pile in composite foundation simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis method. In this paper simulated and studied the related influence on different stress ratio of pile to soil of the different pile length,the different magnitude of load and thickness of cushion. And compared the results obtained by simulation with that obtained by the experimental method of the theoretical calculation,to The verified and discussed the reliability of the two results.
