As one of the important means for the evaluation of missile and warhead damage power, shock wave overpressure test is defined that according shock wave overpressure value of each measuring point to calculate equivalent explosive charge.Therefore,the accuracy of the overpressure measured parameters for the assessment and the development of missiles and ammunition might have a very important significance. At present, disc and pencil shape structure of free field shock wave test device were used widely. However, no matter what shape structure was placed in Shockwave field, because of its geometry, shock front liquidity will inevitably change,affect the accuracy of the measurement results.Because the rapid development of numerical simulate and the shock tube calibration technique,as well as the constraints of field test.Research on shock wave problem. By using the method of numerical simulate and shock tube calibration test as the main,test as auxiliary.This article from the theoretical analysis, simulation, shock tube experiments and field tests four aspects to research the effects of shape structure of free field shock wave test device on flow field. The main work is as follows:(1) The formation of the air blast, reflection as well as a variety of flow around were described in detail;Shock wave parameters for estimating equation were briefly introduced;(2) Introduced shock tube dynamic calibration theory and systems,computational fluid dynamics theory and numerical simulation methods and software;Use of fluid dynamics simulation software to establish a three-dimensional model of the test device shape structure under transient shock to simulate the flow field。(3) Shock tube experiments were carried out under the same conditions.Focus on the impact of pen and disc testing device shape structure on the field of shock wave, study on two aspects of sensor installation angle and sensitive surface height, the simulation results and experimental data were analyzed;(4) Designed shock wave pressure measurement system,conducted a field experiment comparing the shape of the structure,got the measured Shockwave overpressure data,analyzed the test data;The more reliable test scheme was put forward,selection of the test device structure before the test, installation method of sensor in testing process,data correction after the end of the test. Eventually provide more accurate shock wave overpressure measurement results.
