Bore evacuator is an essential part of self-propelled artillery, tanks and other artillerybattle with closed chambers. It can residue remaining part propellant gas and powdercombustion out of the muzzle after firing, and make the indoor air suction gun battle using theejector effect produced by jet stream after opening the gun’s breech, preventing the propellantgas from refluxing the fighting compartment and damaging people and equipment damage. Inthis paper, several structural parameters of the bore evacuator is calculated, analysed andoptimized by using modern optimization methods, and different nozzle structure, flow fieldunder different nozzle angle are simulated and analysed by using fluid analysis software. Thenthe laser drilling technology are briefly introduced.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic structure and working principle and performancefactors of bore evacuator. Then, it writes development bore evacuator performance calculationprocedures bore evacuator using MATLAB software according to performance calculationmethod. Response surface method based on principle with the professional response surfaceanalysis software Design-Expert, the nozzle bore axis and the axis angle, nozzle diameter, airreservoir volume,this three structural parameters are looked test performance factor, reservoirinflatable chamber maximum pressure and effective exhaust time are looked test targets anddesigned to test objectives, regression equation. Then paper analyzes each structuralparameters affect the test objectives and combined effects.Then, reservoir inflatable chamber maximum pressure and effective exhaust time,thesetwo test targets are solved to maximum using the prediction and optimization function of thesoftware, looking to make it two goals while achieving maximum test conditions, which isthe best structure parameter combinations.Establishing bore evacuator exhaust flow field simulation model in ANSYS CFX fluid analysis software, the process of flow field with different nozzle structure is simulated toanalysing the changes in the exhaust gas flow field with different nozzle structure and itsimpact on the exhaust process. The process of flow field with different angle is simulated toanalysing exhaust gas flow field change and gun exhaust gas flow rate variation.Finally, there is a brief introduction of the principle of laser drilling techniques, methodsclassification and factors. A theoretical research is made to choosing the right laser drillingparameters combined with the characteristics of the nozzle holes.
