And the design of controlcircuit of corresponding hardware, build the whole test cycle system.In the study of the experimental scheme and the verification process, from theproduction of heat distributed mass flow sensor, the sensor and the selection of the heatingwire temperature, all aspects of system hardware circuit design and drive the selection of chipsin detail narrates, finally to realize the constant temperature difference control throughdebugging the circuit of the system, and analyze the data oflog mining finally, get the corresponding relationship between the internal function of measuring fluid velocity in pipe line and the pipe wall temperature, further research onthe relationship between fluid mass flow and heat distribution, thus the computationalfluid fluid mass flow certain and under this flow heat away in a certain period of time, namelythe relationship between the power of the heating wire to provide.Through the research, experiment and reliable theoretical basis, and has a certainrepeat ability of experimental results verify feasibility, testing method and system of thewhole experimental system. |
