Due to the limits such as:the original building,the existing railway line type, geographical and geological conditions,construction technology and economic constraints,it puts forward more strict requirements on the frame bridge weight, optimized structure design and engineering cost saving, etc. In this paper, inspired by the hollow floor, using the similar hollow section in the frame bridge, in the rational use of this section to achieve the purpose of reducing weight. The hollow frame bridge simulated and analyzed to verify the feasibility and the reasonable is the priority among priorities about the internal force analysis and reinforcement design. In this paper, the FengShuang railway frame bridge as the engineering background, models are established by using the finite element software Midas Civil. The stress characteristics of the prototype frame bridge and hollow frame bridge were analyzed, combined with the reinforcement design to illustrate the feasibility of the hollow type frame bridge. The specific contents include the following:(1) through the establishment of hollow slab bridge framework with different hollow tube spacing and diameter to analysis the rationality of the correlation of hollow plate;(2) through the establishment of the prototype frame bridge and the hollow frame bridge under the same conditions, study on the characteristics of stress and deformation characteristics through the comparative,and focuses on the analysis of the displacement deformation and internal force change law of main roof;(3) analysis the stress mechanism,reinforcement design and construction requirements about the node of hollow plate frame bridge floor and wall;(4)established in the model of the whole bridge of the FengShuang railway frame bridge, to analyze the influence of load and non load bearing of the frame bridge structure, at the same time analysis of the most unfavorable combination of loads of the frame bridge, and the bridge section checking is given, the reasonable reinforcement hollow slab of frame bridge.In this paper, subjected to force simulation and analysis of the prototype frame bridge and hollow type frame bridge under the same conditions using finite element software MIDAS and summarized the internal force and deformation, that hollow type frame bridge can be used in engineering practice like hollow slab and hollow beam bridge so as to achieve to optimize structure design.
