Aeroengine is the biggest obstacle of China’s aircraft research and theimprovement of air power. There are a lot of blades in the aeroengine.these bladesis an important part of aircraft engine and play a key role in engines’ workingperformance. Blades have complicated structure, poor rigidity, high requirement forprecision and surface quality. The processing has been one of the problems ofengine manufacturing process. Blade precision processing has become thebottleneck of aviation engine development in our country.Blade’s precision processing refers to the precision finishing process carried outon the blade surface after preprocessing, in order to achieve the final precisionaimed. This kind of finishing processing generally adopts polishing processing toachieve the goal.Because foreign countries blockade the advanced manufacturingtechnology to our country,combined with the blade itself hard workability, makesour blade manufacturing enterprises still use the traditional backward manualpolishing way to carry out blade’s final finishing machining. The abroad has startedusing mature abrasive belt polishing processing technology. Abrasive belt grinding isa kind of process which take advantage of abrasive belt’s special shape which isconducive to blade grinding, according to the machining requirements, in the certainmechanical device, in the corresponding contact way, and under certain pressure,make surface contact friction between high-speed operation abrasive belts and theworkpiece. It has the advantages of good polishing quality, high efficiency and lowcost. So this article applies abrasive belt grinding and polishing to blisk finishingprocessing, developed a corresponding system of grinding and polishing tools, this isof great significance for blisk polishing processing.According to the structural characteristics of blisk, combined with the workingmode of vertical machine, blisk fixture is designed. The fixture uses fission typestructure, with hollow cylinder,. This design reduces fixture weight, ensures thefixture of strength and stiffness, and makes fixture easy to process. The purpose of this article is to develop a polishing tools system for blade inlet and exhaust edgeand blade root part. According to the characteristics of the blade inlet and exhaustedge, I changed the traditional way of abrasive belt grinding and polishing,innovatively designed the way of double return roller grinding. At the same time,the tool system drives the tension wheel by the rodless cylinder, which realizes theautomatic tensioning, and has the effect of buffer protection. In addition, I finishedparts design of the tool system, determined the size and installation, completed thecalculation of abrasive belt grinding and polishing power, motor power, motor speedand torque. Meanwhile, I seclected the type of servo motor and its drive, completedthe calculation of belt tension, implemented the various accessories.I determined the general pneumatic scheme of three sets of tool system.seclected pneumatic accessories, assembled the whole pneumatic system, andintroduced work ing process and principle of pneumatic system. Besides, Idetermined the data acquisition system based on a computer and a PCI dataacquisition card, designed the data acquisition system, seclected accessories,connected and tested the system. At last,I tested the servo motor and servo driver.I analyzed strength, stiffness and vibration characteristics of the tool systemwith Ansys. Statics analysis of tool system was made. The main analysis objectsinclude equivalent elastic strain, equivalent stress, total deformation and deformationof three directions. The analysis results are within the scope of the tool systemsecurity. I selected the top six orders of vibration models and natural frequencys toanalyse. The total deformation was choosed to be showed as result. The analysisindicates the main deformation places of each order modal, which focus on threeplaces, the driving wheel, the idler and2return rollers.
