All the analysis of previous earthquake damage shows that soil liquefaction for the inside of foundation is important reasonfor leading to the destruction of pile. The cost of anti-liquefaction accounts for about a third of the cost of civil engineering construction in high intensity seismic zone, if we can optimally solve the soil liquefactionproblem, we will effectively reduce the project investment and shorten the project cycle. Therefore, research of pile foundation bearing characteristics and foundation anti-liquefaction treatmentare of great significance in high intensity seismic zone.Based on domestic and international research on the vertical bearing capacity of pile foundation, the lateral bearing capacity of pile foundation, thefoundation anti-liquefaction treatment, we contrastively analysis the pile foundation construction technology standard in China and the United States API standard, the domestic and international foundation soil liquefaction discrimination standard. Combined with PLTU NAGAN RAYA foundation treatment and engineering data, we analyze the bearing capacity of pile foundation in high intensity seismic zone. As the research object, Indonesia Padang coal fired power plant foundation treatment and engineering is studied by doing the further analysis of the pile foundation bearing capacity in high intensity seismic zone, and studying thefoundation anti-liquefaction treatment.Through the above work, we get the main conclusions:in liquefiedsoil, pile foundation bearing capacity is affectedby the friction angle of soil, subgrade horizontal coefficient, pileheadfree or fixed. According to the successful experience of Indonesia Padang coal fired power plant foundation treatment and engineering, it shows that loose siltysand soil under basement will liquefy, and the lateral bearing capacity sharply reduced after liquefying. The main factor influencing the lateral bearing capacity is soil properties at the4m depth under basement. Using backfill soil of thickness2m which is good distribution and density to backfill, it can greatly improve the lateral bearing capacity of pile. Using the gravel pile for foundation treatmentcan eliminate liquefaction of loose silty sand soil at a certain depth range, and effectivelyimprove the lateral bearing capacity of pile.
