As the important signal equipment in railway, track circuit can be used to check track line occupation situation and send frequency shift signal to trains. And25Hz phase sensitive track circuit has been largely used in electrified track section within the station for its good frequency selectivity and phase selectivity. Most traditional25Hz phase sensitive track circuits keep using two element two position relays. But two element two position relays are problematic, such as complex structure, difficulties in maintenance, high failure rate, low release factor etc. Due to the recent continuous development of the micro-electronic technique, more and more safer, quicker, smaller, more reliable and functional micro-electronic track circuit receivers have been developed. With the spread of coding technique within the station, traditional two element two position relays have been gradually replaced by new receivers. And railway signal equipments are becoming electronized and minisized, and notable promoting in safety. Based on Digital Signal Processing(DSP) technology, this thesis accomplishes the25Hz phase sensitive track circuit receiver adopting high speed floating-point TMS320F2812chip as core Central Processing Unit(CPU).Firstly, this thesis proposes a track circuit receiver project design combining safety redundancy structure, digital filter, CPU core algorithm and overall structure based on enormous amount of research, analysis and comparison. This thesis not only analyses and compares three classical redundant structure and eventually applies two out of three redundant structure, but also selects and uses Finite Impulse Response(FIR) filter by comparing with Infinite Impulse Response(FIR) filter. After that, this thesis adopts Fast Fourier Transform(FFT) method, second-order linear interpolation algorithm and adaptive algorithm out of five different algorithms. Track circuit receiver performance index is also given in this thesis.Secondly, this thesis puts an emphasis on introducing the design of the25Hz frequency sensitive track circuit micro-electronic receiver, in aspects of both the hardware and software design. Hardware circuits include DSP chip peripheral circuits, board signal modulate circuits, safety AND gate circuit and alarm circuit. Moreover, hardware circuits contain power module, clock module, Random Access Memory(RAM) expansion module, Joint Test Action Group(JTAG) interface module, Asynchronous Serial Interface(ASI) module, Controller Area Network(CAN) bus module, photocoupling module, voltage regulator module and filter module etc. The software part comprises module initialization, digital filter module and signal gathering module etc.At last, this thesis builds a test platform to functional test the receiver. By gathering signal from every node in the receiver with track test platform, this thesis checks and analyses input and output status from each module, and then judges every oscillograph meets the requirements or not. And the results show that the25Hz frequency sensitive track circuit micro-electronic receiver based on TMS320F2812chip works and meets the performance requirements by checking track line occupation situation.
