Changchun subway construction has just started, belonging to the early stages of futuresubway construction in Changchun will be more comprehensive and rapid development ofscience, will have a large number of construction work at the station, cross replaced thenumber of stations will be increased. Therefore, crossed into the station’s construction isnecessary to study, you can transfer station and its key construction technologies for thefuture provision of technical guidance and experience while guiding construction of similarprojects and promoting fast development of metro rail transit construction technology. Basedon the intersection of Changchun subway line line Line1and Line2project based on.Usinga combination of numerical simulation and field test method study on the following:(1) Changchun geological conditions of formation and the Beijing Subway, combinedwith practical experience, choose the appropriate construction methods;(2) comparative analysis of four kinds of construction projects, optimal constructionplan summary cross;(3) using the principle of displacement distribution, detailed construction steps controlstandard and its key techniques;Research draws the following conclusions:(1) for large quantities and complex structure of Metro cross transfer station, more areopen excavation or concealed excavation method of construction. Due to the transport hubinterchange station located in Changchun City, special environmental factors limit theoptions for conventional construction methods, combined with the Changchun geologicalconditions of formation and practical experience of Beijing Subway, PBA (cavern-pilemethod) construction methods best suited to cross Changchun subway interchange station,for smaller cross excavation section single-layer structure, lateral hole method to bettercontrol ground settlement.(2) by numerical simulation of the station construction engineering, ground settlement,stress concentration factors such as distribution and plasticity of soil distribution, scenario1is the optimal construction plan, construction of the first line Line2, Line2line completedconstruction of line1and Line2of single layer structure, single layer structure from Line2to line break lining in tunnel construction.(3) according to optimal construction programme on station of overall constructionprocess for has numerical analysis simulation, according to modification distributionprinciple, used theory calculation combines construction experience, developed hasChangchun Metro station subject structure points step construction settlement control standard, and draws out distribution settlement control standard curve, p ut actualconstruction in the appeared of total settlement refinement to all construction stage in the to,on Metro subject structure of construction security implementation control and management.Line key construction steps were Line2station construction completed pilot tunnelconstruction, Arch top buckle arch stage, pilot tunnel excavation phase of single layerstructure in three parts, various stages of settlement as a proportion to the total settlement ofthe Earth’s surface, and21.43%and40.13%, respectively; cumulative settlement control for25.20mm,52.09mm and100.61mm. Be aware of timely monitoring of construction site,ground settlement monitoring data strictly controlled within the standard values.
