This paper mainly studies the carbonation resistance of the concrete mixed with mineral admixtures, and on this basis, develops a kind of inorganic permeable anti-carbonization coating. The test uses C30engineering concrete as the benchmark which provided by Suzhou First Construction Company Limited, respectively mixed with slag and fly ash to make the C30admixture concrete, to study the effect of mineral admixtures on the carbonation of concrete. Meanwhile, the development of an inorganic permeable anti-carbonization coating has been done. Through the comparison with epoxy modified waterproof anti-carbonization coating and environment-friendly polyurethane waterproof anti carbonization coating which are bought, the most effective anti-carbonation coating is get. The inorganic permeable anti-carbonization coating are respectively coated on the surface of C30\C50\C70concrete, to study its influence on the carbonation resistance, water resistance, penetration resistance and sulfate erosion resistance of the concrete. Analysis of anti-carbonation mechanism and economy on the inorganic permeable anti-carbonization coating has been done.The research shows that when the content of slag is limited in30%, the carbonation resistance performance of the concrete mixed with slag is almost the same as the benchmark; when the content of slag is between30%and50%, the carbonation depth of the concrete raises28.9%compared with the benchmark.When the concrete is mixed with fly ash, the carbonation depth raises51.3%compared with the benchmark, and with the content of fly ash higher than50%, the concrete would be carbonized completely.This research develops a two-component inorganic coating with the best performance of carbonation resistance. Component A includes:Water glass24g、KH-5500.144g、Na3PO41g、 CO(NH2)22g、NaOH4.08g、H2O30.2g, Component B includes:PVA12g、 water88g、C3H8O32g、 Na3PO42g、 OP-103g. The coating could improve the performance of carbonation resistance, water resistance and penetration resistance of the admixture concrete with different strength grade, except the sulfate erosion resistance.The cost of the inorganic permeable anti-carbonization coating is significantly lower than the two coatings which are bought. The cost of epoxy modified waterproof anti-carbonization coating and environment-friendly polyurethane waterproof anti-carbonization coating are4.790yuan/m2and4.090yuan/m2respectively, with only2.644yuan/m2for the inorganic permeable anti-carbonization coating.
