With the development of construction industry, construction waste increased year by year. Most of them are waste concrete and the accumulation of waste concrete is damaged to the environment. At the same time, the processing costs of waste concrete is surprising. Based on the idea of environment protection and sustainable development and in order to improve the anti-cracking performance of recycled concrete structures, in this article 9 groups experimental beams and the corresponding blocks are made up of 30% recycled aggregate and fly ash mixed rate was 15% and the different dosage and varieties of mixed with P fibre and S fibre and the dosages respectively are 0.1% and 0.5%,0.75%,1.0%, respectively for the fiber mechanical properties tests of the recycled concrete block and fiber recycled concrete beams in bending crack resistance test.Firstly,do the liquidity tests of fiber recycled concrete, observation to understand single doped fiber and mineral fiber blend on the influence of the slump and spread of recycled aggregate concrete.Secondly, based on the experimental study the mechanical properties of fiber recycled concrete blocks, measured fiber recycled concrete reference block 28 d compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and stress strain data, get the fibers on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete, the influence of tension and compression ratio on test block and play better than regeneration for comparative analysis to discuss the influence of the crack resistance of concrete;Then, based on the fiber recycled concrete beams in bending test, the damage form of experimental beam, beam bottom and sides of the crack development, load-deflection change across, the change of the stress and strain of concrete and reinforcing steel and test of beam crack load and yield load, maximum crack width and the average crack spacing. Comparison and analysis the test data of the test beam crack resistance evaluation.Finally,using the ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the flexural performance of the test beam nonlinear, contrast analysis of hybrid fiber on flexural properties of recycled concrete beams. And the cracking load, yield load and load in the process of load deflection of ANSYS simulation values and experimental values were analyzed. Hybrid fiber recycled concrete beams in this paper about the crack resistance of the test and research, it is concluded that hybrid fiber’s influence on the anti-cracking performance of recycled concrete, so as to provide reference for future experimental research.
