In recent years, with the rapid development of railway construction in our country, the seamless lines are brought into new projects for their indisputable superiority. They are widely used in new railway and additional second-line railway engineering. At the same time, the welding technology, transportation, and laying construction technology of long rail have obtained big enhancements. The development of jointless technology and significant enhancement of quality control make it possible that the track structures meet the smoothness requirements well, and maximize meet the passenger comfort degree and the smooth operation of the train.This topic is mainly engaged in the new railway CWR rail welding quality control techniques for in-depth study combined with the actual work of railway engineering construction management. Also, this paper summarizes the quality control of the key points and key links, introduces the theory of risk management to analyze the existence of risk factors. Moreover, the corresponding control measurements are proposed. In order to guide the construction of the new railway seamless line to play a certain reference and reference role, the theory and practice of this field are further analyzed expounded in this paper. The quality control of new CWR construction is much harder than the CWR track replacement of existing track, with more risk factors and threaten to the operation safety. The quality control of both of them have the same place, but also different place.Overall, the new railway CWR rail welding quality control mainly involves the rail welding base welding, long rail welding, transportation and storage, the site welding and seamless track laying, irradiation and lock operating procedures. This paper mainly carries on the investigation and study to the recent construction engineering project, collects new railway CWR related technical materials and data, summarizes the successful experience and practice, then analyzes and summarizes the quality control problems exist. At the same time, for new railway projects during the operation, focus on the public works department maintenance status to study on the quality control of track welding. Through daily maintenance records, field measurements and discussions, we can study on rail welding quality control practically. In deep field, the key links in the quality control of new railway seamless line is analyzed and discussed. This paper overviews related research results and papers, comprehends current situation and development trend of new railway seamless line, and masters the progress of rail welding theory research. Research on the operation steps of the new railway seamless rail welding has been done, and the key points of quality control and the control measures are put forward.With the increasing construction projects of new railway engineering seamless lines become more and more, thus, scientific and advanced seamless line construction technology and construction equipment become the inevitable trend of development, the research of seamless line proposes higher requirements. The administration of the construction of the new railway, daily work collections of seamless line construction of some of the technical documentation, and data lay a certain foundation for further research.After decades of development, jointless technology has been relatively mature and consummated, but the new railway in rail welding process still has some problems. Such as the operating environment can not meet the requirements, the long rail storage and laying operation are not standardized. Therefore, the optimization of construction organization must be done. The design of reasonable arrangements for the construction should be professional. And the roadbed, ballast and track construction process of scientific and orderly connected, to ensure the welding quality of seamless rail lines.
