Radio interference is a permanent topic in the field of mobile communication, with the development and utilization of the scarce radio spectrum, the mutual interference between the different frequency bands is inevitable. As the wireless transmission channel of voice communications, scheduling commands, and train operation control information, GSM-R play an important role in our railway transportation. Radio interference inspection in GSM-R network has become an important part of the railway communication security monitoring system.This thesis focuses on the radio interference inspection technology in high speed rail GSM-R network, and establishment of interference classification model based on Data Mining. Based on the frequency setting and the spectrum distribution of GSM-R network, the interference are classified from different angles, and introduces the principle and reason of various kinds of interference. Through dynamic testing examples, respectively, the traditional spectrum interference detection, real-time spectrum analysis interference detection, sweep frequency interference detection and intermodulation interference detection are contrasted and analyzed. On the basis of that, researched the method of on-line interference inspection based on service quality, the automatic identification of interference is realized by combining quality of service for GSM-R inspection. The technology of linkage analysis, blocking interference automatic identification, intermodulation interference automatic identification and spectrum template was studied, and applied in actual detection.The automatic classification and prediction model based on decision tree is established by using quality of service inspection data, interference inspection data and interface monitoring data of GSM-R network, and the model is verified by the actual test example.It is proved that the classification and prediction of the model is accurate and reliable, and it can be further developed and applied in the practical application.The research results of this thesis provide a new way to solve the problem of radio interference, and provide a reference for the comprehensive analysis of big data in GSM-R network.
