| Blasting security is one of the important problem many engineering must face. As the rapid development of the city subway and high-rapid railway, blasting is facing more and more complex environment.The accidents such as building collapse,landslide and tunnel damage are becoming common.the cost because of which is difficult to measure.The blasting safety control is a system engineering.Usually, the engineers control the blasting security by using the current "blasting safety regulations". This regulation provide the reference value of the safety vibration velocity,the safety distance calculation formula of blasting vibration and the range of the blasting parameters K, a. However the range of the blasting parameters K, a in the "blasting safety regulations" is too large,and the blasting parameters K, a only reference to lithology,which can not decide the blasting parameters K, a. In addition, "blasting safety regulations" not proposed slope allowable safety vibration velocity for the reference value.This makes the selection of slope allowable safety vibration velocity becoming blind.This article focuses on the study of the dynamic optimization of blasting safety control,to solve some problems of blasting safety control.This study develops a intelligent dynamic optimization software of the blasting parameters based on Python,the software can be operated simply,and steadily.The software can be copied to the technical staffs’computers,and be operated not installing.The software can greatly reduce the blasting staffs’work of blasting security controlling.The software has three plate-blasting charge calculation,the calculation of blasting parameters and Prediction of vibration velocity.In a complex environment, the target needed to be protected is much. So the software can calculate several groups of data and get the minimum value.To control blasting security effectively,the blasting parameters K, a are critical.In view of the situation,this plate support to analysis vibration monitoring data Automatically and draw a more reasonable value. The parameters which have been optimized can be used in the later blasting in the same project and can be used in the other projects.To test the function of the software,this paper quoted 40 groups of of monitoring data from Chongqing branch of Coal Science Research Institute about Hangzhou city wansongling tunnel blasting vibration velocity. The former 10 and 25 groups of data is used to calculate parameter K, a,which is used to forecast the last 15 groups of data and then analysis erro. We find that the more data used to calculate the parameters.the parameters will be more reasonable and the erro will be smaller.so the control of blasting security will be more effective.To solve the problom of the safe vibration velocity of the slope.This paper,based on FLAC3D,numerical simulates a highway slope’s safetyCoefficient in the static condition,self vibration frequence and critical vibration velocity in the blasting vibration condition. We find that the critical vibration velocity has a great relationship with frequency and has a certain relationship with time. When the vibration frequence is equal or close to the self vibration frequence, critical vibration velocity is smallest. With the increacing of blasting times(or the duration),the critical vibration velocity of slope will reduce to some extent. The calculation of the critical vibration velocity help to decide how to makesure the safe vibration velocity of slope. This is one of the reasonable ways to solve the problem of security and stability of slope under blasting vibration. |
