With the rapid development of our social economy, the building energy consumption is increasing year by year, and the heating of the air conditioning energy consumption accounts for about 65% of building energy consumption, so building energy conservation has aroused more and more attention. In hot summer and warm winter area, building shading, natural ventilation and heat insulation is an important approach to building energy efficiency. In terms of architectural shading part, the beautiful design or the standard provision of the relevant and set outside shading may not suffice. Consequently, some unpractical designs emerge and cannot realize building outside shading to the actual effect of energy saving, even waste energy and mislead consumers. So a specialized research is needed to explore the building outside shading, especially air conditioning of large energy consumption in hot summer and warm winter area Outside shading coefficients are employed to evaluate the application effect of general use shade, and the experiment test system mainly adopts building shading coefficient test method, while some problems such as low efficiency only the static measurement is utilized; Software for dynamic simulation is a commonly used method, but there is also a complex shading component model based problem. In building external blinds components, a large proportion of solar direct radiation, the article adopts the method of simulated dynamic test, to shade the shading rate as analysis indicators, using the method of optical fast dynamic testing variousbuilding shading shading rate.Buildings in Guangzhou University Town are taken as the objects. Through the research of the building form of external blinds, it is concluded that guang zhou main use form of external blinds are horizontal, vertical, baffle type.The baffle type for’s usage rate is lower compared with the former two kinds.Using external blinds components simulated dynamic test device, direct shading effect on the level of the common building in the guang zhou area outside sunshade baffle type component experiments have been carried out to test in April. Comparing the the simulation software of sunlight, results show that external blinds components simulated dynamic test device test method is feasible and effective.From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from May to October, data of the shading rate of horizontal, vertical, and baffle hole type in buildings facing eastwards, southwards and westwards are collected and further analyzed.Results show that: the west window, when the window is high and overhang shade ratio is small, the vertical type’s shading rate with increased shading component pick length, the effect is not obvious, while the baffle hole type shading effect compared with horizontal(vertical) type is better,.Therefore, windows facing westwards choose baffle hole type shade; while the windows facing east words the horizontal type is preferred; Suggestions to the south window, the horizontal shading is favorable and also the buildings should be equipped with inside shading. The vertical sunshade and automatic sun-shading system are not recommended. For complex building external blinds components, some of its parts can’t function effectively.
