The policy energy conservation and emission reduction of china is promoted to be executed gradually, regard the development and utilization of renewable energy as a necessary means to improve the energy structure, improve the environment quality and promote the healthy development of the economy. China is rich in wind resources, wind power as a leader in renewable energy generation has entered a rapid development period.The optimal running state of power system is the goal of power system optimal dispatch, in the traditionally safe and economic dispatch way, usually using the method of single objective optimization scheduling, in the pursuit of the minimum of total coal consumption or the maximum of economic benefits of the power system as the target. In the actual operation, optimal scheduling method should consider the contradiction and complexity of all kinds of influence factors of the power system, at the same time, make the coal consumption, pollution emissions and economic yield, power grids and other multi-objectives optimal.China adopts the wind power development mode of large scale development and long-distance transmission, large-scale asynchronous power integration changes the operation mode and the structure of power system, the random fluctuation of large-scale wind farm output makes the dynamic behavior of the system becomes more and more complex. In this paper, set optimizing the scheduling of large-scale wind power connected to power system as the breakthrough point, study the method and strategy of optimization scheduling method under the premise of clean operation.Firstly, study the applicability analysis of energy storage system, electric vehicle (PEV), and adjustable load of the power system, choose the controllable resources of mature technology and promote basis to provide auxiliary power regulation, for reducing peak and filling valley, provide technical support to increase the flexibility of scheduling.For the characteristics of intermittent and volatility of large-scale wind integration, under the premise of ensuring the stability of the power grid, set the power units such as decision variables, clean the scheduling (emissions) as the basic optimizing target. Through the difference and characteristics of multiple objectives, considering the influence of the PEV delay charging characteristics on power system operation of the user side, set the connection with the optimization objective, and reference the dissatisfaction indicator of the delay charging of the user side in the objective function, it reflects the interactions and functions of cleaning dispatch of supply and demand side, provides more basis and direction for multi-objective optimization in the selection of the optimal solution.For the problems of the multi-objective optimization of power system of high dimension, nonlinear and multi-constraints, choose the multi-objective optimization evolutionary algorithm with good convergence, namely the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) is used to solve the scheduling problem of cleaning.
