| With the expansion of Harbin to periphery, a large number of enterprises are introduced in new city area, hence the higher requirements of power quality, power supply stability and safety are put forward to the original grid. Therefore studying how to build 66kV unattended intelligent substation in new city area in Harbin to meet all types of users’electricity demand of diversification, to improve the safety and stability of regional power grid power supply, is of great significance.Therefore this paper, according to related documents of the state grid and the related files of industry, puts forward construction principle of intelligent unattended substation, and then based on the above principle, intelligent unattended substation design thoughts are put forward, from two different angles which are the general arrangement of substation framework and "secondary system modular". Furthermore specific implementation approach of unattended intelligent substation modules is put forward.Then according to the economic development situation and the electricity demand of Harbin new city area, the electrical primary system diagram of the 66kV unattended intelligent substation and the substation are designed, its close-ups and long shots capacity are planned. Then according to the primary system diagram, the main electrical equipment is selected. Finally, the concrete implementation scheme and integration of manufacturing solutions are put forward, aiming at how to conduct the intelligent equipment.The secondary system protection configuration scheme is proposed in this paper, including the main protection, back-up protection of the main transformer and other protection of mutual cooperation. The technical requirements for the protection configuration scheme are also proposed. Then the concrete implementing scheme of the applications of computer "five prevention" embedded system, the integration of ac, dc power supply and network communication technology in the secondary system are put forward.At the end, the paper combined with the northeast cold region climate conditions and geological conditions of the new city area of Harbin, proposes some construction principle of station planning, general layout and electrical layout in the new 66kV unmanned intelligent substation in Harbin new city area. And how to realize the specific rules of advanced application functions of substation automation system is studied in this paper. |
