For various reasons, the regional power grid and main link solution after column run independently, form the isolated net. In the process of the formation of isolated net, the system frequency will be severely impact, damage to the safety of the system stability.Due to the point and the uncertainty of transmission power failure, in the process of formation of isolated net, the system frequency may be affected by severe shock, the safety stability of the system will be damaged. In addition, some itself with special impact load of the power plant, such as nickel and iron works, more need to fully analyze the influence of impact load characteristics of regional power system. This article first embarks from the simple system, from the perspective of theory analysis of single frequency of an isolated system transient and steady state characteristics, first frequency modulation and secondary frequency modulation process, and the single machine with the frequency of the load model, Angle formula operation. It is concluded that the extreme value of frequency change caused by the load change, it is important to take corresponding measures in practical application significance. This article also aimed at a frequency modulation of governor of the various parameters on the frequency of influence to the transient simulation analysis; Then focuses on the transient frequency characteristics of regional power grid and stability principle is analyzed, and low frequency problems on regional power grid solutions; Regional power grid when high frequency problems solution, high frequency cutting machine with the analysis of the coordination and OPC, low frequency load shedding is also briefly discussed, and the effectiveness of high frequency stability control measures such as cutting machine.This paper discusses the impact load on the system transient effects. Transient and steady-state structure theory is introduced to impact load. According to actual measured waveform and impact load modeling based on PS ASP simulation, it is got the transient frequency effects impact load on the system.The article introduced in detail shock load modeling simulation of electric arc furnace and the impact of electric arc furnace load based on PSCAD. To alleviate the influence of impact load on the system, the article adopt balancing resisitor SVC to achieve a goal, and the simulation to verify the effectiveness of the balancing resisitor and SVC.
