At present, most of the power plant has installed on-line monitoring and diagnosis system, mainly achieving the function of real-time display and calculation of important parameters, such as boiler efficiency, coal consumption rate of power supply and so on For different indexes, different methods were adopted for the determination of target-value and the method of energy loss analysis, which makes the system complicate, and when the energy efficiency index is abnormal,the system lacks the real-time diagnostic function.For the problem mentioned above, the methods for the energy efficiency diagnosis of boilers and auxiliary systems are studied in this paper. Firstly,for the problem that factors influencing energy efficiency index are complex and have strong coupling, artificial neural network was used to establish the model, and sensitivity analysis based on the model was introduced to calculate the sensitivity coefficient,which reflecting the weights of each unit increase in input parameters on output indicators. Secondly, the target-value were introduced as the accordance for the operation adjustment.Considering the effects of power and ambient temperature, the target-value of parameters in various conditions were obtained based on fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm, and the difference between actual value and target-value were calculated.The product of sensitivity coefficient and the deviation value which called weight coefficient were introduced as an indicator, reflecting the effect of operation parameters on the energy efficiency index. Finally, the input variables which has bigger weight value were selected as the key object for optimizing adjustment. For the fault classes, Through comparison between the actual clean factor and the critical clean factor of heating surface,the equipment needed maintenance was located, and it can effectively reduce the energy waste caused by regular blowing.The energy efficiency of 600MW coal-fired boiler in plant was studied, the results indicated that the method can improve the economy of the boiler effectively and may guide operators to improve the pertinence of operation adjustment and has a certain significance in making the direction of operation adjustment clear.
