Economic growth and social progress not only led to improving of peoples’s living standard, but also caused profound energy and environmental issues. Energy shortage and environmental pollution are major issues human society faced. The emergence and development of electric vehicles provide a new idea for mankind to solve the energy and environmental issues. However, large-scale electric vehicles being put into operation and connected to the grid, is a major challenge to urban transport, electric grid security and stability operation, etc.This paper presents a multi-objective optimization charging model that comprehensive considerate grid load and fairness on grid side and charging convenience and immediacy on user side and other factors. According to this model, we can do ordered charging to electric vehicles in the regional grid, and on the basis of ensuring fairness, implement optimize ordered charging, ensure the security and stability operation, enhance the user experience and cost savings as much as possible. The optimal solution problem of multi-objective optimization model can be solved by using iterative method, greedy method, priority, and multi-level feedback queue and other classic algorithms.The implement of regional grid multi-objective optimization charging model for electric vehicles requires the integration of power grid, vehicle networking, charging station (post) networking and other relevant information. With the development of this industry, it will produce vast amounts of heterogeneous data and show a large data-oriented in the process of multi-source information integration. Using traditional stand-alone serial processing model has been unable to meet the demand of time and space, its storage and computing will become a bottleneck. Therefore, this paper proposes and implements cloud computing platform-based electric vehicle ordered charging monitoring system. It uses Hadoop open source cloud computing platform, builds computing clusters to implement parallel processing for big data. The System use multi-objective optimization charging model as the core, design system functions, including data received, data processing in real-time and offline, data display and so on. It designed system physical and logical framework, built Hadoop cloud computing platform according to this framework, used HBase distributed database to store data on grid side and user side, used MapReduce programming framework to implement the basic algorithms and system functions.The subject has been gradually deeply researched in the order of raise issues, demand analysis, model design, system design and system implement, and raised, designed and implemented cloud computing platform-based electric vehicle ordered charging monitoring system.
