In thermal power, use the simulation system of power plant, but most of the simulation system adopts the model of complete translation, not directly use the logic of the control system, can only is to simulate the scene control logic, train operation personnel can only be very rough mode to actual production conditions,, high precision fitting of the actual working condition and validation and optimization control logic is impossible. And many simulation system model of the platform in the design of not doing enough meticulous, has low precision, not high accurate non-stop simulation, fire fighting, Runback or other abnormal fault scenarios. Although the predecessors have made a lot of work to deal with these problems, there are still many deficiencies, is a lot to improve.First of all, this paper puts forward the simulation modeling method based on two-phase flow theory, and by using the simulation modeling platform for GSE TuoKeTuo power plant unit 4 has carried on the simulation modeling, the modeling method has high accuracy of combination, Then, introducing unit site online data simulation system is proposed to seek a method of self correcting simulation model, the result shows that the accuracy of the simulation model can be effectively meet the daily training of operators, has certain actual application value.
