In recent years, in the rapid development and the key transformation period of power system, due to the advantages of environmental protection, wind power got rapid development. But because of the inherent disadvantages of volatility and randomness, it is hard to forecast wind power. In order to prevent the harm done by the large-scale access to power grid, it is made clear corresponding provisions for the tracking output ability and volatility, etc. Due to the limitation of wind power prediction technology, nowadays, wind power prediction power still has big prediction error, it is difficult to purely rely on wind power control to improve the tracking plan output ability, it is provided by the energy storage of the possibility for improving wind power tracking program output ability.In order to maximize the ability to improve the tracking wind power schedule output, based on the ultra-short term forecasting of wind power, a charge and discharge power control method of energy storage system containing 5 control coefficients is proposed, and using the particle swarm optimization algorithm, a method to optimize the charge and discharge control coefficients for real time is put forward to reduce wind power short-term prediction error. Finally, taking the typical wind farm for example, simulation verifications have been performed, the fixed coefficients and moving optimization coefficients methods were compared, and the factor affecting the accuracy of prediction is analyzed, the results show that the proposed control method is effective.Due to the advantages of hybrid energy storage compared with single type energy storage, the principle of allocation of object power between two kinds of energy storage is established, and through the fuzzy control principle, the optimization control related to power type of energy storage is carried on. Through the simulation, the control effect to improve the wind power tracking program output ability of multiple types of energy storage is compared to the single type of energy storage with the same capacity. It is indicated that hybrid energy storage system can fully combine the advantages of the two types of energy storage, a greater degree is increased to the ability of tracking program output, and the impact of wind power integration on the security and stability of power system is reduced.
