The consumption of coal and petroleum was first declined in 2014, indicates that China’s energy consumption structure is developing towards the direction of low carbon, energy structure are improving step by step. But the Sino-Americas climate deal set a higher target of non-fossil energy to China, the transformation of energy structure has brought great challenges. Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China gives that our country should promote energy production and consumption revolution, to support low-carbon energy industry and new energy, renewable energy development, ensure national energy security. At the same time, the general office of the state council released energy strategic action plan also pointed out that to develop green low-carbon strategies. Therefore, optimize the energy structure, develop clean and low-carbon energy will become the main attack direction in the adjustment of energy structure, DG is an important part of energy saving and emission reduction, and it is one of the important measures to promote the adjustment of energy structure, can effectively optimize the structure of China’s energy consumption which dominated by coal, improve the power, the proportion of new energy in terminal energy consumption. Under the new situation, with the characteristics of flexible and efficient economic environmental protection DG will attract more investors and to get rapid development.The investment on the DG is mainly discussed in this paper. Firstly, this paper briefly introduction of the basic definition of DG, distributed power discusses classification and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of traditional energy sources, analyzes the current situation and some relevant policies and regulations of DG in China, and the development of relevant policies problems. Secondly, briefly analysis of t the conditions in the distributed power investment and construction process faced under uncertainty, such as policy uncertainty, technological uncertainty and electricity market uncertainty. In the end, in the case of DG technology uncertainty, from an investment point of departure to DG project investment and operating costs of distributed power function, network losses and transaction cost function and the cost function for the target environment, to establish the multi-objective optimization strategy of DG investment strategy model, algorithm and demonstrate through case NSGA2 optimized for distributed power projects draw investment optimization. Indeed, research results can provide a theoretical reference value for the investment optimization of DG.
