With the global economy growing, high-speed rail transportation is drawing more attention, and CRH, the main vehicle on high-speed railway, requires high quality of overhaul and efficiency, which concern the transportation safety and service quality. CRH has strict requirement for overhaul and maintainance,even though it provides efficency and convenience to passengers. In China, information detection for key parts of CRH, like bogie and pantograph, are collected by camera manually, and is under expectation. Scheduling for overhaul and dispatching are also done manually after overall consideration for various complicated factors. It is really time-consuming and inaccurate. The amount of CRH is increasing, bringing more and more overhaul workload. This semi-intelligent information collection and artificial arrangement method obviously can not meet the needs of the maintenance business.Given all those facts, the thesis do the following research about CRH overhaul from theoretical and practical perspective. Collecting all the information data with RFID technology, which can track and monitor some key parts and the vehicle position dynamically and the operator can check these dynamic data on a monitoring interface and make decisions abou overhaul and dispatching. Building up a data transmission network in a overhaul spot,given the fact that information is passed on by an interphone in the process of traditional overhaul,which has the disadvantage of high error rate and low real-time performance. According to the unique overhaul environment, ZigBee, a kind of wireless sensor network topology model, can be used. The wireless sensor network nod can be put in a proper place and transmit some key parts and the vehicle information to the monitoring center for comprehensive management, providing foundation for dispatching decision. Based on the real-time collection and transimission of data, the paper puts forward a kind of overhaul and dispatching optimization model, through the analysis of track occupancy and scheduling operation, designs algorithm process to solve the model, solves the instance to verify scientification of algorithm, designs CRH overhaul and dispatching optimization system and then finishes results emulation, so as to optimize the dispatching and improve overhaul efficiency. The optimization of the scheduling can help to achieve a informationalized, safe, and intelligent system of CRH maintenance dispatching.
