Super critical thermal power units have many good characteristics, such as: low coal consumption rate, high technology content and superior environmental performance, In recent years, they have increasingly become the main force of thermal power units. Feed water control system is one of the most important control systems of super critical once-through boiler,The regulatory quality of feed water is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the boiler’s soda system, Establishing the mathematical model of super critical units’ water supply system is an important foundation for the study on the control strategy and the design of water supply control system. besides, Super critical thermal power generating unit is a very complex object to control, its production process’ dynamic characteristic is large-delay, large-inertia, nonlinear and time-varying, therefore, this paper focuses in the research on the modeling of the super critical unit’s water supply system and the optimization of its control system.Paper took a 600 MW super critical unit’s water supply control system as an example, established the simulation model and the transfer function model of the super critical unit’s water supply system by the method of mechanism modeling and intelligent particle swarm algorithm, and optimized the master controller and deputy controller of the cascade water supply control system based on enthalpy by the method of particle swarm intelligent optimization algorithm, then made relevant verifications, verification results show that the simulation model is reasonable and right, it has been accepted by the engineering and technicians, the transfer function model made by the method of intelligent algorithm can be used to optimize the controller’s parameters, the regulatory quality of the optimized water supply control system improved, in this paper, the established mathematical model of super critical unit’s water supply system and the optimization for the controller’s parameters have practical value, provided reference method for the design and optimization of actual super critical unit’s water supply control system.
