In view of the present situation of the increasingly perfect regulation system modeling, the law of PID control, hydraulic actuator(inertia link consist of the amplifier, proportional valve, main distributing aid inertia and the integral link composed of pressure distribution valve, relay device) are briefly introduced. Through on-the-spot waveform recording, test and identification of related parameters are completed.It accomplish the comparison test and analysis of least-squares closed-loop identification. The wavelet transform theory and theory of Levenberg-Marquardt method are briefly introduced. Wt-Lm method is adopted to identify the parameters of transfer function on hydraulic turbine. In order to make identification tool easy to transplant and use, based on.NET platform, the development of parameter identification software is completed by C# language. It is also a basis for parameter identification in variable compensation- nonlinear hydraulic turbine model.Hydraulic turbine model of PSASP, PSD-BPA in the medium and long term analysis still use the classical linear hydraulic turbine model. However, it is inaccurate or wrong if the load rejection of large perturbation process is represented by linear model because linear model can only reflect the dynamic small signal process near the operating point. Nonlinear hydraulic turbine model which can reflect full working process is a better choice. Three kinds of nonlinear hydraulic turbine model are analyzed and a variable compensation- nonlinear hydraulic turbine model which is intuitive and accurate on recognition process is proposed. Simulation and analysis show that this model is better than hydraulic turbine model recommended by IEEE because it overcomes the shortcoming of imprecision on the conditon of small opening. And the parameter identification is accomplished from linear model to the nonlinear model.
