Research On Maintenance Strategy Optimization Of Distribution Network Based On LCC

With power system improving increasingly nowadays, the scale of power grid expands constantly, emerging technologies such as condition-based maintenance appear continually, and these have had an impact on maintenance strategy of power grid. As the end of power system, distribution network plays an important role in the connection between power system and users. the operational status of distribution network can affect the power quality of users directly. But in our country now distribution network is the part with highest failure rate in the entire power grid, and a large reason is the unscientific of distribution network maintenance. In this paper we introduce life cycle cost(LCC) theory into distribution network maintenance, and analyze the cost components related to the changes of maintenance strategy, then build the LCC model of distribution network, on this basis we establish the optimization model of distribution network maintenance strategy combined with equal degradation rate theory, in which the change of distribution network maintenance strategy can be reflected in the LCC of distribution network effectively. In aspects of optimization algorithm we improve particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm based on bacterial chemotactic behavior, in this way we can ameliorate the situation that PSO algorithm falling into local optimum in the initial iterations easily, and its ability to converge to the optimal solution is improved. Using the improved PSO algorithm to solve the established optimization model of distribution network maintenance strategy, then through a distribution network maintenance strategy optimization instance and the analysis of the optimization result and its influencing factors we prove the effectiveness of the optimization model of distribution network maintenance strategy.
