In order to ensure the normal use of road performance, subgrade must be periodically, preventivly, scientificly and reasonably detected and evaluated, and we must take appropriate maintenance, however, domestic research materials for highway evaluation and maintenance are mainly concentrated on the road surface,we remains to be further studied for subgrade.In order to scientifically evaluating the technology condition of the seasonal frozen region highway subgrade,providing data support and advice for the maintenance departments, we choose three different grade roads in a typical seasonal frozen region of heilongjiang province, investigate the actual conditions of the roads, and research the evaluation system of seasonal frozen region subgrade condition combing its actual conditions.
