| With the development of the civil engineering industry, cement-soil more widely used as building materials which have good performance and a low cost. However, it limit the development of cement soil which have low intensity, large deformation. Currently many accidents of the foundation aspect been happened at home and abroad that mostly due to lack of shear strength caused. The shear properties as one of the important characteristics of improved soil mechanics.Shear properties of soil impacted on foundation bearing capacity building projects, slope stability, and earth pressure on retaining structure calculations and other issues directly. Therefore, the study of shear behavior of soil cement has great significance.In this paper, nano-montmorillonite, nano-SiO2 and nano-Al2O3 is mixed into cement-soil in order to improve the engineering properties of cement-soil.By the unconfined compressive strength test, the influence of various factors including the mixing ratio of nano- nanomaterials, the mixing ratio of cement, the total rate of water content and the maintenance period on the early strength of cement-soil is studied. The effect regularity of various factors on the unconfined compressive strength are analyzed and obtained. The optimal content of nano-nanomaterials in cement-soil is given.Then, development of direct shear test program that refer to the unconfined compressive strength test results.By the direct shear test, the influence of various factors including the mixing ratio of nano-nanomaterials, the mixing ratio of cement,the total rate of water content and the maintenance period and so on the Shear properties of cement-soil is studied. The effect regularity of various factors on the shear strength, cohesion and friction angle are obtained. Development of orthogonal test test program that refer to the direct shear test results. By the orthogonal test, the influence of various factors including the mixing ratio of nano-nanomaterials, the mixing ratio of cement and the total rate of water content on the Shear properties of cement-soil is studied. The impact strength of the order from strong to weak is given.The optimum mix of cement, water and nano- nanomaterials is also given.Lastly, the reference of stress-strain curves in cement-soil were analyzed. The mechanism of improving by various factors including cement, water, nano-nanomaterials and curing period were also analyzed. |
