With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental contamination, scientists around the world are constantly looking for new clean and efficient alternative automotive fuels. At the same time, the technology of new energy vehicle has been rapid development. Vehicles, as the highly maneuverable conveyance,have large number and wide popularization, which determines the vehicle energy must have a rich source, high energy density, low pollution, and good economic performance. At present, the automotive alternative fuel researched and common applied,with the reason whether it’s renewable,can be divided into:non-renewable alternative fuels and renewable alternative fuels. Automotive alternative fuel studied in this paper are biomass materials, belongs to renewable automotive alternative fuels, namely its in nature can be continuously and plentiful renewable, sustainable use, unlimited, and is harmless to the environment or harm to tiny, and resources are widely distributed.In this paper, after studying all kinds of automotive alternative fuels and technology research and development present situation, analyzes the physical and chemical characteristics of biomass pyrolysis gas fuel and demonstrates the possibility of its application in automobiles, through the analysis, it is completely feasible, but it will be influence on engine. So in this paper, a 3D modeling and motion simulation analysis method of engine power provider-crank linkage simulation analysis, research engine in motion after the fuel curve switching to prove the reasonableness of the selected launchBased on the calculation of automobile engine power and maximum torque, chose the right gas engine-a petrol engine of TQ-50 series, and analyzed and evaluated its dynamic performance. In order to achieve the engine power, the supply amount of gas was calculated.It is concluded that the gas supply is 140m3/h. And according it designed a gas generator and fuel supply system, considering the influence of the source of fuel,this paper designed the dual fuel supply system.In this paper, the biomass pyrolysis gas used in the car and the system assembly. It provides a reference for the biomass pyrolysis gas used in automotive research and design of the system, and laid the foundation for the further study of the biomass pyrolysis gas car.
