Research On Quality Problems Of Remanufacturing Products

In recent years, high input and consumption of the traditional model of economic growth have created huge material wealth to mankind. At the same time, it also brings larger material consumption, larger waste pollution and many other negative effects, and restricts the sustainable development of the global economy. As the implementation of an inherent high efficiency, remanufacturing is able to save energy and material and protect environment and new industry. Remanufacturing starts late in our country, which is one of the most effective ways to enter fast growing society and also is the implementation of sustainable development strategy. However, remanufacturing in China will get rapid development, which has an important relation with the quality of products. In order to improve the quality of remanufacturing products, this paper constructs the framework of remanufacturing quality management system and apply it to the research of remanufacturing product quality.In view of the importance of research on quality problems of remanufacturing products,based on the analysis of basic concepts that related to internal and external manufacturing industry, remanufacturing theory and the quality control of products, this article built a framework of remanufactured product quality system and indicated the quality management control method of remanufacturing products as the research object. First, the general situation of the remanufacturing product quality characteristics and requirements combined with the product quality characteristics and manufacturing business process, analyzing each influencing factors of re-manufacturing product quality, which pass the ISO9000 quality management system and complete basic re-manufacturing research framework of product quality management system. Secondly, it based on remanufacturing product quality management system and the analysis of the construction of framework of remanufacturing product quality management system. Finally, according to the remanufacturing framework of product quality management system, it stressed the quality control contents in three link recovery stage and put forward the control method of removing quality management based on PDCA. At the same time, quality control technology used from the elaborating method of processing stages, which analyzed through the remanufacturing process and the statistical process control in application of processing stage of quality management control. Moreover, it combined with the problems in production process of automobile engine that carried on the example analysis, verifying the feasibility of the method.
